A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months and by a fine of thirty million won.
However, the above imprisonment for a period of one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

1. Larceny;
A. On June 16, 2017, the Defendant: (a) around 11:53, on the front day of the “D’s operation” of the victim B in the racing city, the Defendant carried the key attached to EITI100, which was parked in another place, to the victim’s possession.

Accordingly, the defendant stolen the property owned by the victims.
2. B. On June 4, 2017, the Defendant neglected monitoring of the victim’s name in K on a racing-si around 23:30, and neglected monitoring.
