A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On September 20, 2017, the Defendant stolen, around 09:20 on September 20, 2017, the first floor of the 1st, Seocheon-si, Seocheon-si, the first floor of the 1st, Seocheon-si, the lower court: (a) took a theft with one lebspo bicycle at the market price equivalent to KRW 200,000,000 in the market price of the victim E, who did not have a locking device by using a cresh that caused negligence

On October 26, 2017, around 07:50 on October 26, 2017, the Defendant: (a) took advantage of an opportunity for the victim G located in the Nam-gu Incheon Metropolitan Government to neglect surveillance around the victim G on October 26, 2017; (b) taken advantage of an opportunity for neglecting surveillance around the victim G in the “H Mart operated by the victim G; (c) put one earth and sand equivalent to KRW 1,000 in the market price owned by the victim into the on-site money; and (d) stolen the victim’s property.

3. On October 26, 2017, around 10:58, the thief Defendant used an opportunity to neglect the above surveillance at the place prescribed in paragraph (1) around October 26, 2017, and used an opportunity to prevent the above surveillance at around 10:58 on October 26, 2017, thereby putting 1:30 won of the market price which is the victim’s ownership in the stoves and stolen the victim’s property.

4. On October 16, 2017, the Defendant thefted 15,000 won of the market price at KRW 15,000 at which the victim J was lost due to the abolition of the market price at around 23:45, Oct. 16, 2017, at around 16, 2017.

5. On October 17, 2017, the Defendant: (a) committed a theft with one bicycle set of at least 150,000 won at the victim’s market price owned by the victim, who was set up in the “Lel” located in the Nam-gu Incheon Metropolitan City K around October 17, 2017.

6. On November 10, 2017, the Defendant: (a) committed a theft with a single bicycle equal to KRW 170,000 at the market price owned by the victim’sO that was set up in the N on the south-gu Incheon Metropolitan City N on November 10, 2017.

7. On November 11, 2017, the Defendant: (a) committed a theft of a bicycle in front of the “ Qu Hospital” located in the Nam-gu Incheon Metropolitan City P on November 11, 2017; (b) the market value of the non-victimed bicycle owned by the victim, which was set up and set up in the street around 03:10 on November 11, 2017.
