Punishment of the crime
[Criminal Power] On May 20, 2015, the Defendant was sentenced to three years of imprisonment for habitual larceny in the Jeonju District Court’s military mountain support, and completed the execution of the sentence in the Southern Prison on January 13, 2018.
【Criminal Facts】
1. Larceny;
A. On December 10, 2019, around 18:52 on December 10, 2019 of the same year, the Defendant: (a) opened the door of the victim H vehicle owned by the victim G and was parked without correcting it by taking advantage of the gaps around the front parking lot of the Y apartment in Y-dong, Y-si; and (b) took the principal card book containing 24 sheets, such as I card (credit number J), etc. located in the vehicle while on the part of the vehicle; and (c) continuously withdrawn the amount of KRW 350,00 with the above I card (credit number J); and (d) 30,000,000 won with I card (credit number M); and (d) 30,000 won with I card (credit number No. N); and (d) 320,000 won with N card number.
C. On December 21, 2019, at around 15:20 of the same month, the Defendant: (a) opened a front door of Q vehicles owned by the Victim P, which was parked without correcting the gap in the surrounding surveillance in front of the Masan City, and stolen it by means of bringing a total of KRW 550,000 (50 won) and KRW 550,000 (50 won) of cash located in the said place and KRW 500,000,000 (50 won) of the market price to the original sons of KRW 500,000,000).
2. Larceny; 2020 Highest 114;
