Defendant shall be punished by a fine of three million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

1. On August 18, 2018, the Defendant, at around 04:30 on August 18, 2018, found the victim C’s son’s son’s son at the bus stops in front of the Gyeonggi-si apartment, and embezzled it without following necessary procedures, such as returning the son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son.

2. Fraud and violation of the Specialized Credit Finance Business Act;

A. On August 18, 2018, around 05:51, 2018, the Defendant purchased one cigarette equivalent to KRW 45,000 from the F convenience store operated by the victim E in Jongno-gu Seoul, Jongno-gu, to pay the price by suggesting that he/she has a legitimate authority to complete the C-registered bank debit card as stated in paragraph (1).

Accordingly, the defendant, by deceiving the victim, received the property and used the lost debit card.

B. On August 18, 2018, the Defendant purchased 2KG 10,80 won at the I convenience store operated by the victim H in Jongno-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government on August 18, 2018, and suggested that he/she had legitimate authority to complete the debit card of a national bank in the name of Jongno-gu, Seoul, and received the above goods.

Accordingly, the defendant, by deceiving the victim, received the property and used the lost debit card.

3. At around 05:49 on August 18, 2018, the Defendant: (a) concealed the gap in which employees J was set up in a lock warehouse at Jongno-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government D and F convenience stores; (b) concealed the gap in the market price of the victim E owned by the Defendant, which is equivalent to KRW 15,900, on the one hand, on the other and was stolen.
