Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a person engaging in driving a rocketing car.

1. On November 13, 2015, the Defendant violated the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Settlement of Traffic Accidents (hereinafter “Special Cases Concerning the Settlement of Traffic Accidents”) driven the said car under the influence of alcohol level of 0.188% while under the influence of alcohol level of blood, and driven the road in front of Seongbuk-gu, Seongbuk-gu, Sungnam-gu, Seoul at a speed below the speed of vision at a comprehensive market level from the surface of the bank.
