On August 7, 2017, the Defendant driven a B-car from the street in front of the station in the Manam-gu, Sungnam-gu, Sungnam-gu to the street in front of the exit 2, km in the same area, while under the influence of alcohol concentration of 0.215% during blood transfusion around 21:20.
