On April 27, 2017, the Defendant driven a drinking at approximately 4 km from the vicinity of the general distance in the Sin-gu New Heungdong-dong, Sungnam-si, to the front of the Sin-gu, Jungwon-gu, 22-1, with a light name of about 0.11% alcohol level among the blood alcohol level around 01:35.
