A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. Crimes committed on February 6, 2019;
A. On February 6, 2019, around 22:50 on February 6, 2019, the Defendant obstructed the victim’s drinking business by force for about 2:30 minutes and 30 minutes by avoiding disturbance, i.e., e., “chrops, khzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzine,” without any justifiable reason, at the “D” drinking house operated by the victim C located in Jincheon-gun, Jincheon-gun, Jincheon-gun.
B. On the front of the “D” as set forth in the above paragraph (a) above, the Defendant: (a) at the temporary border of the above paragraph (a) above, the Defendant: (b) obstructed the police officer’s duty by stating that the Defendant was able to move to a patrol vehicle after soliciting him to return home to the police station and the police officer F of the Jincheon Police Station Emba, who was called for the Defendant’s disturbance, as stated in the above paragraph (a); (c) said police officer stated, “I do not immediately see whether you are police officers or not; and (d) Cspathy,” and sent the police officer’s broadcast at the patrol to stop the patrol vehicle and said police officer’s moving from the patrol to another place; (d) however, the Defendant obstructed the police officer’s duty by standing in front of the patrol vehicle, standing in front of the patrol vehicle, standing in front of the patrol vehicle, and interfering with the police officer’s duty by interfering with the police officer’s front part of the patrol.
2. On February 8, 2019, around 18:50 on February 8, 2019, the Defendant interfered with the victim’s drinking business by force for about 20 minutes, such as: (a) at the “D” drinking house for the victim C’s operation located in Jincheon-gun, Jincheon-gun, Jincheon-gun; (b) the victim reported 112; and (c) the victim reported 112; and (d) how she is able to engage in funeral services.”
