Defendant shall be punished by a fine of two million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, the amount of KRW 100,000 shall be paid.

Punishment of the crime

On March 11, 2016, the Defendant obstructed the business of the victim by force over approximately one hour and 45 minutes, including: (a) the victim under the influence of alcohol in the “D’s drinking house” in the operation of the Victim C, (b) the victim’s “A”, and (c) the customer’s “hamper”, (d) the customer, (e.g., the customer, and (e) the customer, who is willing to enter the said drinking house by avoiding disturbance, and (e) the customer, who is willing to enter the said drinking house, was unable to enter the said drinking house.
