A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Interference with performing public duties;

A. Accordingly, the Defendant interfered with the legitimate execution of duties by police officers concerning criminal investigations and maintenance of order.

2. Around December 28, 2015, the Defendant insultd the victim H, a female police officer working at a detention room in Seongbuk-gu Seoul, Seongbuk-gu, Seoul, 170 Seoul Seongbuk-gu, and where five persons, such as G admitted in the detention room, are located in the custody room, the Defendant “this year and inside the house.”
