Criminal facts

On May 30, 2015, the Defendant made a public insult of the victim E, a police officer affiliated with the D District Police Station of the Dongdo Police Station, on the ground that the victim E, a police officer affiliated with the D District of the Dong Police Station, was asked about the developments of the assault on the road near the C passenger ship terminal, at the time of 16:08 on May 30, 2015, the Defendant made a public insult of the victim by referring to the victim as follows: “I am the police camp, I am, I am, I am, I am, I am, I am, I am, I am, I am, I am, I am am, I am, I am, I am am, and I am am am.”
