Defendants shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,500,000.
In the event that the Defendants did not pay the above fine, each of them is 100.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. On April 23, 2015, the Defendants: (a) around 21:20, the Cheongju-si, the Victim D, the Cheongju-si, ordered the so-called “E” house operated by the owner of the business, who is the victim in Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Seo-si, to put the so-called “E”; (b) but (c) the owner of the so-called D’s body was cancelled, and then ordered the so-called finite; and (d) Defendant B ordered the so-called finite; and (d) Defendant B had the sound “Is know of finite,” and Defendant A had the said sound.
