A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

Punishment of the crime

Accordingly, the defendant was given property by deceiving the victim.

around August 31, 2013, the Defendant: (a) received delivery from the victim F of the Republic of Korea of KRW 1,80,000,000 from the Victim F of the Republic of Korea of KRW 1,50,000,000 from the Defendant of KRW 203,000,000,000, of KRW 1,500,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000 won; (b) received from the Victim F of the Republic of Korea of the Republic of Korea; (c) received from the Victim F of the Republic of Korea of the Republic of Korea of KRW 1,23,00,00,00,00.

On September 2013, the Defendant: (a) received approximately KRW 4 million from a person who was unaware of his name in the trade name in the above hotel near the above hotel in order to raise living expenses while keeping the above goods for the victim of the Korean War; (b) opened the said gold bar, the bamboo arms, the knife, the knife, the knife, the knife, and the passport knife; and (c) 120,000,000,000
