1. The defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for a period of two years and six months;

2. Provided, That the above sentence shall be executed for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive;

Punishment of the crime

1. On May 17, 2015, the thief Defendant (limited to a person who requested an attachment order and a person who requested a probation order; hereinafter referred to as “Defendant”) discovered that the keys is posted to the E scoo of the victim D’s market value at approximately KRW 1,400,000,000, while driving the scoo of the above scood.

Accordingly, the defendant stolen the victim D's property.

2. Around 02:00 on May 23, 2015, the Defendant: (a) was collected from the victim G (or 22 years of age) located in Ansan-si, Seoul-si; (b) prior to that, the Defendant entered the password of the entrance locking device that was stolen through the corridor window, and opened and opened the entrance, and entered into the entrance, and then, the Defendant brought about KRW 570,00 in the victim’s possession located in the trip.

Accordingly, the defendant invadedd the victim G's residence at night, and stolen his property.

3. On May 26, 2015, the Defendant: (a) around 06:20 on May 26, 2015, entered the house of the said victim G; (b) confirmed that the victim was divingd through the window; (c) opened and opened an entrance by inputting the password; and (d) entered the entrance; and (c) 1.60,00 won of cash owned by the victim, China, 200, Vietnam, 3,000, Vietnam, 100,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000, in Hong Kong, in one’s own money.

Then, in order to have sexual intercourse with the victim, the defendant exceeded the panty of the female, prevented the victim from being spandeed by spande, be spandeed by sound, and spandeed by spande," and continued to have exceeded the victim's panty, and became spanty of the victim by hand.

However, when the victim gets a sound and resisted, the victim escaped.
