A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment became final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

"2019 Highest 1928"

1. Around 10:01 on April 25, 2019, the Defendant: (a) was living in the gathering of the victim C (73 years of age) located in Busan Jin-gu, Busan; (b) was waiting in the surrounding area due to theft of property; (c) went out by the victim; and (d) went out to the room by using the cresh of the house; and (d) infringed upon the victim’s residence by having tear-proof net in hand.

2. The Defendant: (a) at the above date and time, at the place, at the victim’s house, 24K 50,000 won in size; (b) at 18K 130,000 won in size of the market value; (c) one gold 14K 1,50,000 won in size of the market value; (d) one gold 14K 1,50,000 won in size of the market value; (e) one gold 14K 8% in size of 120,000 won in size of the market value; (e) one gold f., one gold f., the market value of which is 150,000 won in size; (e) 3,000 won in size of the market value; (e) 1.3,000 won in size in size of 1,30,000 won in size in the market value; and (e) 1,3130,000 won in size in size of the market value.

"2019 Highest 2352"

1. On April 25, 2019, around 06:00 on April 25, 2019, the Defendant: (a) opened a back door, which was not divingd by the victim E (the age of 42) located in Seo-gu Busan, and intruded into the structure managed by the victim.

2. The Defendant stolen the victim’s property by taking out KRW 3,00,00, a cash owned by the victim, in the said date and place, after going through the cosmetic, at the same time and place.
