1. Occurrence of liability for damages;

A. The fact of recognition reveals that the Plaintiff, around July 28, 2012, 201, she was fleeped to have a branch of the Yacheon University annexed to the Yacheon National University (hereinafter “Defendant Hospital”) operated by the Defendant, was suffering from a brupt, etc. of a part of the brupt, after the Plaintiff was flicked with a brue, with a brue of the Defendant Hospital from a brupted bru

B. According to the above facts, the defendant, as the operator of the defendant hospital, is liable to compensate the plaintiff for the damages caused by the accident of this case as the user of the food driver.

The scope of the liability for damages shall be calculated on a monthly basis, and less than the last month and less than won shall be discarded, in accordance with the fractional discount method which deducts interim interest at the rate of 5/12 per month in the event of an accident in the damages, and it shall be rejected that is not written among the allegations of the parties.

Future medical expenses: medical expenses, examination expenses, pharmacologic treatment expenses, and injection expenses for the next two years according to the result of the court’s physical examination of the former director of the Korea University; however, 3,253,533 won is deemed to have been first disbursed on the day following the date of the closing of argument in the instant case; and the contribution of the instant accident is 50% as seen earlier. Thus, 1,626,76 won (=3,253,53 won x 50%) is deemed to have been paid for the future medical expenses.
