A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months and by a fine not exceeding three hundred thousand won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100.

Punishment of the crime

1. The crime committed on September 21, 2014;

A. On September 21, 2014, at around 05:00, the Defendant obstructed the victim’s taxi business by drinking in front of the D-lane located in Gwangju Northern-gu, by blocking the front of the F personal taxi driven by the victim E from leaving the front of the F personal taxi driven by the victim E on his own without any particular reason, without any specific reason, and by making oral straw up on the front part of the said taxi, the Defendant interfered with the victim’s taxi business by force by preventing the Defendant from operating approximately 10 minutes of the taxi, such as “Y Ma Ma Ma Ma, Ma Ma Ma Ma, Ma Ma Ma Ma Ma Ma Ma Ma Ma Ma Ma Ma Ma Ma Ma Ma.”

B. On September 21, 2014, the Defendant violated the Punishment of Minor Offenses Act at the H District Office of the Gwangju Northern Police Station located in Gwangju Northern-gu, Gwangju, around 05:50, and the first-mentioned Office.
