A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for up to six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On October 3, 2019, the Defendant: (a) around October 22, 2019, around 22:18, operated by the Victim C C in Busan Northern-gu B, Busan-gu; (b) around October 3, 2019, the Defendant took 29,350 property equivalent to the sum of KRW 1,650,000, the market price of the victim’s possession of the display stand by taking advantage of the gaps of the victim’s negligence; and (c) the number of years equivalent to KRW 4,70,00, the market price of which is equivalent to KRW 240,000, the market price of which is equivalent to KRW 13,500, the market price of which is KRW 3,900.

Accordingly, the Defendant stolen the property owned by the victim.

2. On October 14, 2019, the Defendant committed the crime at around 22:33, 2019: (a) around 14, 2019; (b) around 22:3, the Defendant owned the property equivalent to KRW 19,750 in total, including two small city areas equivalent to KRW 3,00 in the market price, two small city areas equivalent to KRW 2,450 in the market price, one small city area equivalent to KRW 1,000 in the market price; (c) two small city areas equivalent to KRW 4,700 in the market price; and (d) two small city areas equivalent to KRW 4,700 in the market price; and (d) one Kimchi area equivalent to KRW 4,150 in the market price; and (e) one total of KRW 3,00 in the limit of KRW 3,00 in the market price.

Accordingly, the Defendant stolen the property owned by the victim.

[20, 2578] On October 10, 2020, the Defendant: (a) opened a driver’s seat not locking out of a new vehicle located in the above parking lot owned by the Victim F, which was parked in the above parking lot on October 20, 2020 in order to steals goods from the Busan Sho-gu Embro parking lot; and (b) was discovered and attempted by the victim while following the vehicle inside the new vehicle.

[20, 2952] On October 8, 2020, the Defendant: (a) opened a door of a passenger car which was parked in the H apartment parking lot located in Busan Northern-gu, Busan, which was owned by the victim I and was not corrected for the first time; and (b) cut off the vehicle with a half million won in cash and a half half million won in the market price of which contain one gold-free car equivalent to KRW 700,000,000 in the market price.
