Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,500,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On April 22, 2018, at around 02:45, the Defendant, C, D, E, and F: (a) around the Hnobye room in Daegu-gu G, Daegu-gu; (b) the victim I (30 years of age) passed was assaulted by the Defendant’s happiness and vision; (c) the victim was frightened by the victim’s body; (d) the victim’s head was frightened with both hands; and (e) the victim’s head was frightened on the floor; (c) the victim’s body was frightened with the victim’s body; (d) the victim’s face was frightened with two arms; (e) the victim’s body was frightened with the victim’s face; (e) the victim’s body was frightened with the upper part of the body of the victim; and (e) the victim’s body was frighted with the victim’s body, and the victim was frighted with the victim’s body’s body body, and walking.

As a result, the Defendant, in collaboration with B, C, D, E, and F, inflicted an injury upon the victim for about six weeks of medical treatment.
