A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months and by a fine not exceeding five hundred thousand won.

If the above fine is not paid, 100,000 won.

"2017 Highest 2272"

1. While under the influence of alcohol around 16:00 on March 18, 2017, the Defendant: (a) entered the “E restaurant” of the victim D’s operation in the Geum-gu, Busan; (b) held the alcohol in the manner of mind; (c) made the customers enter the restaurant and let the above customers play the restaurant; and (d) made the victim who was outside the restaurant with the Defendant’s scam scam, she could not sell the food by driving it back to the restaurant as it is, and (e) made the victim who was outside the restaurant for about 1 hour and 30 minutes from the above day to 17:30 minutes from the same day.

Accordingly, the Defendant interfered with the victim's restaurant business by force.

2. The Defendant damaged the property by destroying the property at the time, time, and place described in paragraph 1, while drinking alcohol in mind with the mind, and walking a fluort with the market price owned by the said victim, the Defendant damaged its utility by walking the fluor with a fluoring bag, etc.

1. On April 2, 2017, around 10:30 on April 2, 2017, the Defendant: (a) obstructed the performance of official duties; (b) obstructed the performance of duties by police officers in relation to the prevention, suppression, and investigation of crimes; (c) obstructed the performance of duties by assaulting the right side bucks of the J (45 years of age) to the G restaurant located in the Geum-gu, Busan; and (d) obstructed the performance of duties by public officials in relation to the prevention, suppression, and investigation; and (d) made a public insult to the victim of the instant G restaurant in front of the G restaurant where many people pass through, “the victim of the instant G restaurant”, “the victim of the 33 years of age,” by openly insulting him.
