1. The defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for one year and a fine of three hundred thousand won;
2. The defendant does not pay the above fine.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. On November 2015, the Defendant, along with C, engaged in special larceny and special larceny: (a) in a restaurant located in D of Busan Ma, “E” in Busan Doropo-gu around 03:00; (b) intruded into a restaurant by fasting the door door in both hands; and (c) in a cafeteria, 5 drinking water equivalent to 4,00 won at the market price, such as a ccocop, ccop, spawning, etc., located in the cooling house, and stolen it.
In addition, the Defendant, together with C, stolen the victims’ property or attempted to steals over a total of 12 times from around that time to February 7, 2016, as stated in the list of crimes in the attached Form C.
2. Violation of the Traffic Act on roads.
A. On January 9, 2016, at around 04:00, the Defendant driven a 125cc mera in the problems of Gmera, without obtaining a bicycle license, from the front of the “ Puuria” 70, Puinaro, Busan, Seopodong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong 125cc.
B. On January 11, 2016, around 23:36, the Defendant driven H 124C occ ckis without obtaining a motor device license from approximately 500 meters section from the front of the north-gu Office in Busan, to the front of the gas station in the same Dong from the road located in the north-gu Office in Busan to the front of the gas station.

On February 7, 2016, at around 03:00, the Defendant driven an automobile at approximately 30 km section from the front of the mobilization apartment in Busan, which was located in 879, in Busan, Seo-gu, Busan, Busan, and Seo-gu, without obtaining a driver's license.
