A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for not less than ten months and by a fine not exceeding 200,000 won.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine.

Punishment of the crime

1. A person who violates the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (or equivalent) is engaged in driving service with CT110 M&C.

On August 21, 2017, the Defendant operated the above stop bicycle without obtaining a license for a motor device bicycle in light of 13:20 on August 21, 2017, and led the Defendant to drive the stop in the direction from the stop in Busan City City C market to the stop.

Since the place is a road in the market with a large number of pedestrians, there was a duty of care to check the safety of the course and to prevent accidents by driving the vehicle well by checking the right and the right of the vehicle on the front side.

Nevertheless, the defendant neglected this and got the victim E (V, 55 years old) to exceed the floor by shocking it.

As a result, the Defendant, by the above occupational negligence, sustained injury, such as a bridge bridge, etc., under which the victim needs to receive approximately two weeks medical treatment, and the Defendant immediately stopped and escaped without taking measures, such as aiding and abetting the victim.

On August 21, 2017, the Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (unlicensed driving) driving at around 13:15, 2017, driving BT10 Oba, without obtaining a motor device bicycle license, from the Defendant’s house located in F of Busan Sho-gu via D in the same Gu C market to the said Defendant’s house.

3. No person who violates the Guarantee of Automobile Accident Compensation Insurance shall operate any automobile which is not covered by mandatory insurance;

Nevertheless, on August 21, 2017, the Defendant operated BT10 Oral Ba, which was not mandatory insurance in the vicinity of the Defendant’s house located in Busan Sho-gu F, Busan, around 13:15.
