Reasons
Punishment of the crime
On March 11, 2016, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor and six months in the Busan District Court on July 23, 2016, and the judgment became final and conclusive on July 23, 2016.
1. On May 24, 2016, the Defendant did not obtain a motor device bicycle license, and from around 10:00 to around 20:30 on the same day, the Defendant driven D SL125CC at a section of about 40 km from around the Chinese house located in the Gu of Busan Island B to the Gu Pyeongdong and Do dong-dong.
2. On May 25, 2016, the Defendant did not obtain a motor device bicycle license, and from around 10:00 to around 20:30 on the same day, the Defendant driven D SL125CC at a section of about 40 km from around the Chinese house located in the Gu of Busan Island B to the Gu Pyeongdong and Do dong-dong.
3. On May 26, 2016, the Defendant, without obtaining a motor device bicycle license, driven from around 10:00 to 20:30 on May 26, 2016, d SL125CC at a section of about 40km from around the Chinese house located in the Gu of Busan Island B to the Gu, Dong-dong and Do-dong.
4. On May 27, 2016, the Defendant, without obtaining a motor device bicycle license, driven from around 10:00 to 20:30 on May 27, 2016, d SL125CC at a section of about 40 km from around the Chinese house located in the Gu of Busan in the Gu of the Republic of Korea to the Gu of Gu, Dong-dong and Do-dong.
