The first instance court.

1. Basic facts

A. At the Defendant Hospital around 1998, the Plaintiff received a crypt procedure against Ma17, Ma26, Ma27, Ma36, Ma47, Ma47, and Ma47, and on May 18, 2005, the cryptary room at the lower court was observed and the depth of the crypter was confirmed to be 5 meters.
