Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, the amount of KRW 100,000 shall be paid.

Punishment of the crime

1. From around 05:50 on November 14, 2015 to 07:50 on the same day, the Defendant interfered with the business affairs and damaged property: (a) at the “E” restaurant managed by the victim D in Gwangju Mine-gu; and (b) without any particular reason, the Defendant destroyed the said D restaurant business for about two hours by force, such as: (c) having the restaurant customers take a large sense, such as “this Chewing gue, this gue,” and (d) having female customers take a fright, such as the frightenm, and let them go out of the restaurant; and (d) preventing other customers from entering the restaurant; and (e) having other customers get off the restaurant, she interfered with the restaurant business affairs for about two hours; and (e) having 1 minute of 50,000,000 that are placed in the front of the restaurant by making a handing with verbal cafeteria, and thereby destroying the market value.

2. Definating;

A. At around 07:30 on November 14, 2015, the Defendant: (a) on the “E” restaurant as indicated in the foregoing paragraph (1); (b) on the background that the Defendant was the injured party belonging to the F District of the Mine Police Station, who was called out upon receiving a report by the Defendant on the said 112 that the Defendant was frighting the fright; (c) on the part of the said D and restaurant customers, the Defendant: (d) on the day before the Defendant viewed the said D and restaurant customers, the Defendant: (d)

나. 피고 인은 위 기재와 같은 업무 방해 등 범행으로 2015. 11. 14. 07:50 경 현행범인 체포되어 광산 경찰서 F 지구대를 거쳐 같은 날 09:35 경 광주 광산구 H에 있는 광산 경찰서 I 사무실에 인치되었는바, 당시 피고인의 손바닥에서 피가 나는 것을 치료하기 위해 출동하였던 소방관들 및 성명 불상의 남자 등이 보는 앞에서 광산 경찰서 I 소속의 피해 자인 경위 J(43 세 )에게 ‘ 니가 짭새 맞어 , 느그 덜 남자 맞냐 ,
