A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. The Defendant violates the Child Welfare Act (child abuse) is the father and father of C (11) and D (9) who is a victimized child.
On May 28, 2016, at around 20:00, the Defendant dived the head and shoulder part of the victimized Party C in the inner room while under the influence of alcohol in the Defendant’s residence, and opened the head and shoulder part of the Defendant’s head and shoulder part into Paris bonds. As a result, the defendant committed physical abuse against a child that may injure the child's body or injure the physical health and development of the child.
2. The Defendant damaged property by drinking free of the entrance doors owned by the victim F, who is a fluorous victim by drinking at the time and at the place specified in the above paragraph (1), and destroying property equivalent to one million won in total of the market price by putting one television at a fluoring room, by gathering one computer monitoring unit in a ward, and by gathering one computer monitoring unit in a ward.
