On December 14, 2012, at around 23:41, the Defendant, without a car driver’s license, driven B rocketing car at approximately 60 km from the front of a mutually influent restaurant in front of the Mayang High School located in the Mayang-si, Gandong to the point 35.4 km of the Manyang-gun Highway 35.4km.

On March 2, 2012, the Defendant received a summary order of KRW 2 million as a crime of violation of the Road Traffic Act from the Gwangju District Court’s office, and applied for a formal trial after having received a summary order of KRW 5 million due to the drinking driving under the above provision of paragraph (1) and continued trial on March 10, 2013, the Defendant was under the influence of alcohol concentration of KRW 0.138% without a driver’s license on March 10, 2013, and driven B rocketing or a car at approximately 300 meters from the road front of a ground for mutual influsium in the U.S., Busan Mine-dong to the front of the same Handong apartment.
