1. Forgery of private documents;

A. 3. Occupational embezzlement;

A. The Defendant embezzled D agency’s embezzlement from October 14, 2013 to November 9, 2011, was a staff member of D agency operated by the victim N in Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, taking charge of opening of cell phoness, change of name, termination, payment, storage of devices, inventory and inventory management, and store management.
