Defendants shall be punished by a fine of KRW 300,000.

B The head of metal labor union D, Defendant A is the chief of metal labor union D, Defendant C is a non-regular worker E in modern automobile workers, and all of them have participated in the labor pressure pulverization resolution held by the Democratic Labor Union Headquarters on February 25, 2014.

1. No person who participates in an assembly or demonstration held by a defendant B shall destroy, conceal, move, or remove any order keeping line, or commit any act detrimental to the utility thereof by any other means without justifiable grounds;

Nevertheless, on February 25, 2014, from around 18:00 to 19:00, the Defendant: (a) moved or removed the line to maintain order in the aftermath of the Do, which was installed by the Chief of the Police Station of the Do, in front of the Do, where both the participants in the assembly and the police officers are on the street in front of the Donsan-do Party in the front of the Donsan-do Party, in front of the Donsan-do Party in front of the Donsan-si Party in front of the Donsan

2. No person who participates in an assembly or demonstration by Defendant A or Defendant C shall commit any act disturbing order by violence, intimidation, etc.;
