B, D, E, F, and C are the members of the North Korea bus branch of the Korea Public Transport and Services Workers' Union, the members of the Defendant A, the members of the Korea Public Transport and Services' Union, the members of the Korea Civil Service General, the members of the Korea Civil Service Association, the members of the Korea Civil Service General, H, the North Korea Headquarters I of the above Trade Union, the J, the members of the Korea Civil Service Social Insurance Labor Association, K, the North Korea Headquarters L of the Korea Civil Service General, and M are the N of the North Korea Electrical Service Branch of the Korea Civil Service.

1. The participants in the joint criminal conduct assembly or demonstration conducted by Defendants A, B, D, E, and G shall comply with the instruction given by the organizer and moderators for the maintenance of order, and the line of order established by the chief of a police authority shall not be invaded for a considerable time without justifiable grounds, or shall not damage, conceal, move, or remove, or otherwise impair the utility of such line of order, notwithstanding the police officer's warning;

Nevertheless, at around 14:00 on May 17, 2014, Defendant A, B, D, and E participated in an assembly of the “Resolution Resolution on the Suppression of Labor Modern-Madon Madon Madon Madon,” which was held in the name of the chief of the North Korean headquarters for the Public Transportation Madon-Madon-Madon-Madon-Madon-Madon-Madon-Madon-Madon-Madon-Madon-Madon-Madon-Madon-Madon-Madon-Madon-Madon-Madon-Madon-gu.

Although Defendant A, B, D, E and G in collusion with O, P, Q, R, etc. despite the receipt of warning from the police officers dispatched to the scene that “the act of harming an order keeping line,” the police officers could have the utility, such as moving over the order keeping line installed at the place without justifiable grounds, in collusion with the order keeping line installed therein, and moving over the order keeping line.

2. A person who participates in an assembly or demonstration jointly committed by Defendant C, F, H, J, K, or M shall not engage in any conduct disturbing order by means of assault, intimidation, damage, fire prevention, etc.

Nevertheless, Defendant C, F, H, J, K, and M are as above.
