1. Of the instant lawsuit, the decision of modification of the Gangwon-do Chuncheon Urban Planning (Financial Expenses) among the instant lawsuit, or the notification of Chuncheon City on July 23, 2003 B.

Details of the disposition

On October 16, 1996, the Plaintiff purchased L2,314 square meters prior to Chuncheon (hereinafter “Before subdivision”) and completed the registration of ownership transfer in the Plaintiff’s name on the 22th of the same month. The land prior to subdivision was divided into 608 square meters prior to L, F, 1,656 square meters prior to F, and 50 square meters prior to G on September 13, 2007, and the said L was divided into 181 square meters prior to L and 427 square meters prior to H on May 14, 208.

On February 18, 1994, the defendant filed an application for decision with the Governor of Gangwon-do on June 1, 1994 on the formulation and public announcement of the urban planning district, special-purpose area district, and the alteration of the urban planning plan (financial expenses) to the areas of Chuncheon-si, Hongcheon-gun, and some areas of Hongcheon-gun, the city planning district, special-purpose area district, and the construction or alteration of the urban planning facilities. On November 16, 1994, the Governor of Gangwon-do made a decision on June 1, 1994, and on February 2, 1995, on February 2, 1995, the defendant made a decision on the alteration of the Chuncheon-si urban planning (financial expenses) and public announcement on February 2, 1995, and on March 31, 1995.

On July 23, 2003, the Governor of Gangwon-do decided to revise the Chuncheon Urban Planning (Financial Expenses) in the second place as notified B of Gangwon-do on July 23, 2003.

On December 26, 2003, the defendant announced the I Chuncheon Urban Planning (Change) and the approval of topographic drawings as a follow-up measure of the above second Chuncheon Urban Planning (Financial Expenses).

On August 3, 2007, the Defendant announced the implementation plan of the Chuncheon Urban Planning Facility Project (Road: D) in the form of Q urban planning (road: D) new construction, and on November 30, 2007, the Defendant announced the implementation plan of the Jcheon Urban Planning Facility (Road: D) project implementation plan of the Jcheon Urban Planning Facility (Road: D) project implementation plan.

Since then, as a result of cadastral surveying, there were some increase or decrease in the area, the defendant, on May 23, 2008, announced the Chuncheon Urban Planning Facility (Road: D) project implementation plan to the effect that the area of the construction of the above road has been changed.
