1. Details of the disposition;

A. On October 16, 1996, the Plaintiff purchased 2,314 square meters (hereinafter “land before division”) prior to Chuncheon-si on the 22th of the same month and completed the registration of ownership transfer in the name of the Plaintiff on the 22th of the same month.
