A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who works in D operated by the victim C in Kimcheon-si, Kimcheon-si, 2017 and was in charge of the withdrawal of cash.

1. Larceny of intrusion on night buildings;

A. On May 7, 2017, at around 22:30 on May 7, 2017, the Defendant: (a) laid down rice hushes installed adjacent to the above D building; (b) intruded into the building through a window not opened up on the second floor; and (c) went off to the first floor office, and stolen the cash owned by the victim C at the credit cooperative located at that place.

B. On May 8, 2017, at around 23:20 around 23:20, the Defendant intruded into the said D office in the same manner as described in paragraph 1(a) and stolen the cash owned by the victim C at a credit cooperative located therein.

On May 20, 2017, at around 22:40, the Defendant intruded into the said D office in the same manner as the entry of No. 1-A, and stolen it with a passbook in the name of the victim E, which was kept in a book sticking.

(d)

On May 23, 2017, around 22:51 around 22:51, the Defendant intruded into the said D office in the same manner as the statement 1-A, and stolen the bank passbook in the name of the victim E, which was kept in a book sticking.

E. On May 24, 2017, at around 23:16, the Defendant intruded into the said D office in the same manner as indicated in paragraph 1(a) and stolen a post office deposit passbook in the name of the victim E, which was kept in a book display.

2. Larceny;

A. On May 20, 2017, at around 22:40, Kimcheon-dong 154-2, Kimcheon-dong, the Defendant withdrawn 40,00 won in cash by inserting a stolen passbook as described in paragraph 1(c) and inputting a password known in advance at the cash withdrawal machine managed by the victim Kimcheon-dong 154-2.

B. On May 23, 2017, the Defendant is managed by the Kimcheon-gun post office located in Kimcheon-dong 154-2, Kimcheon-si, Kimcheon-si, Kimcheon-si.
