Punishment of the crime

The defendant is the representative of the branch E of the D Trade Union E G plant H division.

At around 06:55 on March 26, 2013, in the case of an accident in which the fingers of workers J who clean the machine inside the string part of the troke of the vehicle, the injured party E-factory G factories located in Ulsan-gu, U.S., the vehicle was suspended immediately after the accident occurred, and at around 07:40 on the same day, the vehicle was discovered in the process of moving the vehicle in which the brac is found to be abnormal in the string process of the factory quality control at around 07:40 on the same day, the vehicle was stopped immediately.
