Punishment of the crime

【Criminal Facts】

2. 3. 4. On April 13, 2019, the Defendant entered the place specified in paragraph (2) at around 21:00, and stolen the victim G in paragraph (2) with one H association passbook in the name of the victim G, one (Account Number L), one (Account Number N), one (Account Number N), one (Account Number N), one check card in M’s name, one (Rabber, and one (Gab).
5. On April 14, 2019, the Defendant is from “P” located in Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Gwangju, around 07:32.
