Around February 18, 2011, the Defendant purchased penphones, around 23:00 on the street, and around 23:00, at the same time, purchased 1,00,000 won for the purchase price of psychotropic drugs, and purchased approximately 1.3 g of the penphones from the Defendant on February 18, 201. Around 201, the Defendant 10,000 won for the purchase price of psychotropic drugs, and purchased 1:0,000 won for the purchase price of psychotropic drugs, and then purchased 1:0,000 g of 0.7 g of dives purchased from the Defendant’s operation of the Defendant on February 18, 201, and then sold 1:0 g of dives purchased from 0.7 g of dives to dives, and then sold 1.21 g of dilution with 0.31 g of dives.21.

4. On July 2012, 2012, the Defendant received Handphones from the Defendant, who was issued and received approximately 0.1g of Handphones from I, in the “H music room” operated by the Defendant at the Seocho-si Kimpo-si on July 2012, and received them without compensation.

On July 2012, 2012, the Defendant: (a) Rophone medication was administered in the “H singing room” operated by the Defendant at the Seocho-si, Kimpo-si; (b) approximately 0.05g of the phiphonephones delivered as set out in the preceding 4; and (c) was injected in the arms after inserting it into the single-use injection machine; and (d) was injected in the arms.

6. On September 3, 2012, around September 3, 2012, the Defendant administered philophones by inserting them from “H singing room” operated by the Defendant in Gyeonggi Kimpo-si, and inserting approximately 0.05g of philophones into a single-use injection machine, dilution them into arms.
