A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

Punishment of the crime

In order to stabilize the residence of homeless workers, the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport operates the system of lending the entire house rent fund to workers who lend the entire house rent fund from the National Housing Fund to the interest rate lower than the mid-term market interest rate without securing the entire house rent fund.

The Defendant conspired to acquire the employee's entire housing loan funds by making false documents related to the loan of the employee's entire housing loan funds with the applicant F, etc. and submitting them to financial institutions by making the loan-related documents and the house lease contract with the applicant F, etc., by making it possible to obtain the loan easily through formal examination by submitting only the documents related to the employment and the house lease contract to the financial institutions.

On December 21, 2013, the Defendant: (a) around Kimpo-si, Kimpo-si, Kimpo-si, Kimpo-si; (b) concluded a lease agreement with the F, with respect to No. 2 Dong 102, Dong 102, J of Kimpo-si, Kimpo-si, the I; (c) entered into the lease agreement with the F, stating that “The lessor I, lessee F, deposit amount of KRW 90,000,000; (d) January 10, 2014; and (e) entered into a false loan agreement with the F, “I, lessee F, deposit amount of KRW 90,00,000; (e) January 9, 2016; and (e) entered into a false employment agreement with the E, issued in the name of Samsung C, as if the F actually worked as the employee.

After that, on January 10, 2014, F submitted an application for a loan of KRW 70 million to an employee in charge of loan and a false loan contract, certificate of employment, income tax collection certificate, etc. to the victim's national bank located in 21 North-dong, Yangcheon-gu, Seoul, Yangcheon-gu, Seoul, for a loan of KRW 70 million to the employee in charge of loan of KRW 30 million.

However, in fact, F did not work for the above Samsung Fer's machine (ju), and entered it in the loan agreement.
