Punishment of the crime

On December 22, 2009, the Defendant was sentenced to one year and two months as a crime of violating the Act on the Control of Narcotics, etc. at Busan District Court on December 22, 2009, and completed the execution of the sentence in the Clean Female Prison on November 17, 2010, and was not a person handling narcotics.

On September 10, 2012, around 12:10 on September 12, 2012, the Defendant: (a) inserted approximately 0.03g of psychotropic drugs in a single-use injection machine; (b) injected the psychotropic drugs with their hand, etc.; and (c) administered them by means of injecting them into the psychotropics, etc.
