Punishment of the crime

On December 18, 2008, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with labor for a violation of the Act on the Control of Narcotics, etc. at Busan District Court on December 18, 2008 and completed the execution of the sentence on November 22, 2009, and is not a person handling narcotics.
