Punishment of the crime

[2] On August 7, 1982, the Defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of one year for fraud, etc. at the Hongsung Branch of the Daejeon District Court, and on March 5, 1984, the Defendant was sentenced to a fine of 300,000 won for the same crime. On September 25, 1984, the Defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of 1 year for the same crime in the Hongsung Branch of the Daejeon District Court on September 7, 200. On November 17, 200, the Defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of 2 years for 1 year and 1 year and 6 months for the same crime at the Seoul District Court on March 19, 206, and was sentenced to a fine of 3 million won for the same crime at the Seoul District Court on September 4, 2006.

[Criminal facts]

1. While the Defendant engaged in business with D and operated the “F” as referred to in subparagraph 701 of the 7th floor of the 7th floor of Suwon-gu, Busan, Suwon-gu E., the Defendant had arbitrarily received a credit card in the name of D and had the credit card used.

On February 22, 2010, the Defendant: (a) called “F” office (hereinafter “F”); (b) called “D’s name and resident registration number while making an application for the issuance of a credit card as D; and (c) let G, who is aware of such fact, enter “D”, “H”, “H”, and “I” in the mobile phone number column, “I” and “J” in the mobile phone number column; (d) visited the said office in order to verify whether the applicant for the credit card was D; and (e) visited the said office to make sure that the applicant for the credit card was D; and (e) made G to forge the said application form in the name of D’s personal card holder in the name of the rights and obligations related to the rights and obligations of D; and (e) made G to forge the said application form as if D were D; and (e) made it genuine.
