A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for not more than ten months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. A crime committed on March 28, 2018;

A. On March 28, 2018, around 02:00, the Defendant embezzled the victim’s property without following necessary procedures, such as acquiring one of the cash amounting to KRW 40,000,000 from the victim C’s loss, one resident registration certificate, one resident registration certificate, one post office check number 1, and one of Tick bus card 1, which entered, and then returning to the victim.

2. A crime on April 1, 2018;

A. On April 1, 2018, the Defendant of larceny: (a) around 05:47, Gangseo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, Gangseo-gu, Gangseo-gu, Seoul, 54 (Sero 5 subway lines), the Defendant was the victim F.
