1. The defendant is based on the plaintiff's restoration of the authentic title with respect to each land listed in the attached list.

1. Facts of recognition;

A. B, while serving in Ctax offices from November 20, 1971 to February 3, 1974, borrowed or stolen the names of B and E in his own south of the Republic of Korea and Dong, and that he participated in a bid for open sale of various real estate, including 3,074 square meters in the former South-Namnam-gun, a State property, on October 11, 1972 (hereinafter “F land before division”), and forged the sales contract and the certificate of sale as if D purchased it from the Plaintiff on October 20, 1972.

On January 10, 1985, the Plaintiff completed registration of preservation of ownership on F’s F’s land before subdivision. On the same day, on October 20, 1972, the registration of transfer of ownership in H’s name was completed on the same day as that of G’s land due to sale and purchase on the same day.

After that, on April 3, 1986, F land prior to the subdivision was divided into 2,853 square meters for F ditch 2,853 square meters (hereinafter “F land after the first subdivision”) and 221 square meters for I,00 square meters for I,00 square meters for F,00 square meters for F,14 October 14, 1994 (hereinafter “F land after the third subdivision”) and J,81 square meters for J, and F land after the third subdivision was divided into F,1,092 square meters for F,00 square meters for the same day (hereinafter “F land after the third subdivision”) and K, ditch,890 square meters for the third subdivision, and F land after the third subdivision was subdivided into each land listed in the separate sheet on September 17, 2003.

However, the defendant and seven others completed the registration of ownership transfer on F land after the first division of April 3, 1986, based on inheritance on July 20, 1985. The defendant completed the registration of ownership transfer on August 21, 2003 on the whole shares of the remaining co-owners of F land after the third division on August 22, 2003.
