Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. On June 2, 2014, the Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (unlicensed Driving) without obtaining a driver’s license, and driving a Dro-ray car at the section of about 30 km from the front of the Si of Bocheon-si around 05:00 to the front of the Korea Coast Guard, which was located in the same Si of Bocheon-dong.

2. At around 05:00 on June 2, 2014, the Defendant: (a) driven a DNA car as stipulated in the above paragraph (1) on the front of the Daecheon-gu auction house of the Daecheon-si, Seocheon-si; and (b) on the same day, the Defendant was required to present a driver’s license to identify the F in order to identify the identity of the Defendant, who was dispatched after receiving a report on the above contact accident before the Korea Coast Guard, located in the same Dong, around 08:10.

The Defendant, as described in the above paragraph 1, had concerns over the discovery of the facts of driving without a license as stated in the above paragraph 1 and had the mind to do so as if he were G, who is the birth of the other accused, and had presented his driver's license to G in the name of the Director of the Incheon Police Agency, which was in possession, to the above policeman F, and illegally
