1. The plaintiff's claim is dismissed.
2. The costs of lawsuit shall be borne by the Plaintiff.
Reasons
1. Details of the disposition;
A. On September 24, 2010, the Plaintiff entered the Geum River LS Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “instant company”) as a logistics classification member and applied for medical care benefits to the Defendant on March 13, 2013 after receiving the diagnosis that “cerebral blood transfusion in the upper half of the upper half of the year,” which was sent to the Chungcheongnam-Nam University Hospital as an emergency due to the occurrence of the bar bar cans and labelling around 01:00 on February 16, 2013.
B. On April 16, 2013, the Defendant: (a) confirmed that the Plaintiff had continuously received medical treatment for the Plaintiff as an unidentified disease in detail from March 3, 2003; (b) from October 21, 2008; and (c) on the grounds that there was no objective burden factor, such as rapid change in the working environment before the outbreak; and (d) it is difficult to recognize a proximate causal relation with the Plaintiff’s work as a result of the determination by the Occupational Disease Determination Committee, based on the determination by the Occupational Disease Determination Committee (hereinafter “instant disposition”).
C. The Plaintiff filed a petition for review against the Defendant, but the said petition for review was dismissed on August 27, 2013. Since then, the Ministry of Employment and Labor filed a petition for reexamination with the Industrial Accident Compensation Insurance Reexamination Committee, but the said petition for reexamination was dismissed on January 17, 2014.

2. Whether the instant disposition is lawful
A. The plaintiff alleged that he had a normal high blood pressure, but was living a healthy life through the care of the hospital and drug, etc., but continues with the poor working environment in which he did not have any heating facilities, at the Han-Jin, and which is now in his poor working environment.
