1. The plaintiff is based on the insurance contract stated in the attached Table No. 2 concerning the insurance accident stated in the attached Table No. 1.
Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. 1) On March 28, 2013, the Defendant entered into the instant insurance contract with the Plaintiff on March 28, 2013, as indicated in the attached Table 2, with the non-dividend professional trademark insurance contract, such as the insurance contract indicated in the attached Table 2 (hereinafter “instant insurance contract”).
(2) The instant insurance contract includes the payment of expenses for brain stroke diagnosis and diagnosis of brain cerebrovascular diseases only once, where the insured is diagnosed as brain stroke or cerebrovascular diseases after the date of commencement of the coverage period.
3) Special terms and conditions applicable to the instant insurance contract (hereinafter “instant insurance terms and conditions”).
(1) Of these special terms and conditions, the definitions and diagnosis of “cerebrovascular disease” are as follows. ① The term “cerebrscular disease” refers to the closure and compromise of a propoppy, cerebral typosis, and other non-cerebral typosisic typosis, cerebral typosis, which do not cause the cerebral typosis, and the closure and compromise of the cerebral typosis that do not cause the cerebral typosis. The term “cerebrscular disease” in this special terms and conditions includes ① the definition and confirmation of “the classification of brain typosis disease” (as shown in Table 52), the term “the cerebrscular disease” is defined as “the classification of brain typosis disease” (as indicated in the attached Table 52) and the non-cerebral typopic typosis, the other non-cerebral typhrosis, the cerebral cerebral typosis, and the non-mal cerebral typh.
