1. The defendant shall pay 40 million won to the plaintiff and 20% per annum from March 12, 2013 to the day of complete payment.

1. Facts of recognition;

2. The definition and diagnosis determination of the cerebrovascular disease (hereinafter “cerebrscular disease”) refers to the disease classified as the cerebrovascular disease in the fourth Korean Standard Classification of Patients (attached Table 5).

[The diseases classified as brain cerebrovascular diseases in the attached Table 5 Regulations shall mean the following diseases, among the Korean Standard Classification for Brain (Enforcement Date of the Statistics Korea Notice No. 2002-1, January 1, 2003) as amended. The relevant diseases shall be omitted in the classification number of cerebrscular diseases in the attached Table 5:

6. Scrapping and fluoring of bovine spongiform encephalopathy which does not cause any bovine spongiform encephalopathy;
