On October 30, 2013, the Small and Medium Business Corporation transferred the Plaintiff’s claim for loans to the Defendants [the principal debtor company and Defendant B (the guarantee limit of collateral 240,000,000)] from the Small and Medium Business Corporation (the principal debtor company and Defendant B (the guarantee limit of collateral 240,000,000)], KRW 310,856,567 of the principal and interest of outstanding loans as of September 28, 2014 (=the principal and interest of KRW 200,00,000,000, and KRW 110,856,567) of the Civil Procedure Act applicable to the provisions of Article 208(3)1 and Article 257(1) of the Civil Procedure
