1. The Plaintiff:

A. The Defendants are jointly and severally liable, and Defendant B shall not exceed 60,000,000 won and shall not exceed 25,000,000 won.

B. Transfer of claims: The claims of the Bank of Korea, Inc., on December 13, 201, were transferred to the Crable Partners Loans Co., Ltd., via Erbrida, and the Plaintiff respectively on December 14, 2012, and the notification of the transfer of claims was given.

As of January 14, 2016, loans (1) unpaid as of September 16, 2009 * Principal: 26,032,758 : 21,445,49 * Aggregate of KRW 47,478,257 * Loans as of July 9, 2010 * Principal: 162,480,130 * Interest KRW 12,000 * Aggregate of KRW 133,849,344 * 296,341,474 won.

D. On September 16, 2009, the Plaintiff filed a claim for KRW 25,00,000 of the principal and interest on the non-payment of the loan as of September 16, 2009 and damages for delay thereof, and ② KRW 25,00,000 of the principal and interest on the non-payment of the loan as of July 9, 2010, and damages for delay thereof, respectively. 2. The grounds are based on public notice (Article 208(3)3 of the Civil Procedure Act).
