Punishment of the crime

The defendant is the owner of the "E Gas station" located in Pakistan-si D.

The Defendant: (a) made a false calculation in return for the fixed use of the said gas station by the borrower, such as G, the owner of the truck, or the borrower, or (b) made a false credit card sales slip, under the presumption that there was no actual amount of money paid, and (c) made a false credit card sales slip, and directly granted the borrower the money equivalent to the difference to the borrower in cash, and (d) the borrower recruited to receive the payment from local governments through the said credit card false transaction.
