1. The Plaintiff:
A. Defendant B, C, F, I, J, K, L,O, R, and U are the “real estate indication” of the real estate list by Defendant 1.
Reasons
1. Facts of recognition;
A. Since 202, the Plaintiff, as the owner of the building indicated in the list of real estate attached to attached Table 2, entered into a lease agreement on the building and the site located in the Seoul X Group (hereinafter “Z”) with V Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “W”), and concluded a contract on the use of the facilities management agreement with W during the period from June 1, 2015 to May 31, 202, between W and W on several occasions.
At the time of the above contract, the Plaintiff and W reached the completion of the Z modernization market building at the time of the above contract. As such, the Plaintiff and W cooperate with each other as much as possible in promoting the Z modernization project, and the Plaintiff may undertake construction of removal, relocation, expansion, supplementation, new construction, etc. of facilities, such as land use or building construction, etc. for the modernized project even during the contract period, and the Plaintiff agreed that the whole or part
(hereinafter “instant market building lease agreement”). B.
After that, the modern market building was completed and the occupancy date was set on March 15, 2016, the plaintiff and W were confirmed on March 9, 2016 that the lease contract for the previous market building was terminated as of March 15, 2016, the occupancy date of the modern market building, and agreed to enter into a new facility management use contract for the modern market building.
As to the modern market building on the same day, the Plaintiff and W agreed to set the contract period from March 15, 2016 to May 31, 2020, to newly enter into a facility management use contract with the same main contents as the existing contract, and to additionally reflect the details in the event of a change in the facilities indicated at the time of completion following the completion of the Z modernization project.
